• 9 years working for a worldwide third-party benefits consulting company, managing benefits for many clients with 5,000 to 60,000 employees;

• 9 years in a leadership role in the global benefits department of a diversified, multi-billion dollar company with over 30,000 employees based across North America, EMEA and APAC;

• 2 years working to build a global benefits strategy for a small startup company with less than 250 employees.

Carly founded Centurion At Work with the understanding that a company’s well-being program should be made to fit an individual versus making the individual fit the program.
